Cayenne Pepper is our most mild or medium of hot sauces, its also the one we recommend if you don't like hot sauce as it has been known to change peoples minds on hot sauce, because like all our hot sauce it allows you to enjoy your food and get a lil zap of the heat and then it goes away, unlike most hot sauces where the heat lingers, not allowing you to enjoy not only your food but the spiciness of hot sauce.
