This book is accompanied by a song and dance, with many of the phrases in the book also in the song written by Timmy, Hjalmer and Annika. We have therefore taken some liberties with the Nuu-chah-nulth grammar (e.g. quʔušin' would generally come at the end of our Nuu-chah-nulth sentences), as the phrases were initially put to music, and then turned into a book.
