Created from choice hardwoods. The alignment of the end-grain serves two purposes; dimensional stability and greater resistance to wear-and-tear. These blocks feature biscuited joints, increasing the durability further. Usefully as chopping blocks, elegant, charcuterie platters and trivets. These boards will out-last others and with proper care can look like new for years to come. Available in large and small.

Hardwoods used in the medium sizes: Western Maple, Sapelle, Hickory.

Finished with multiple coats of hypoallergenic mineral oil (available in most pharmacies).

Care: Wash by hand and wipe dry. Recoat in mineral oil, every year or when boards appear dry.
