We offer flat rate shipping, free local pick up and free shipping for purchases over $150 in Canada.

Please allow 3 business days for orders from our online shop to be processed.

Once your order has been shipped you will be notified by email with the carrier and/or tracking number.

Occasionally stock listed online sells out. If this happens we will immediately issue a refund.

Tourism Tofino is not responsible for any customs fees, duties or taxes that are charged upon entry into your country

Returns:

Items purchased may be returned for a refund excluding shipping within 14 days of receiving your order. Sale items are a final sale and can not be returned.

Returned merchandise will only be accepted in its original condition (new, unused, and unwashed) with tags attached.

Shipping and duties are non-refundable. All return shipping charges are incurred by the client. Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the client as well as the cost for re-shipping.

Please take care when resending items back to us. We cannot issue refunds on lost parcels. Return shipments should be sent with a courier that offers tracking service.
